Hyderabad(Hyd): Up to 1,931 new COVID-19 positive instances & 11 demises have been recorded in Telangana (TL) on Aug 12, taking the overall no. of instances to 86,475 within the state.
As per the state health dept., the overall no. of instances includes 63,074 recoveries & 665 demises till now. Currently, 22,736 COVID-19 sufferers are isolated & being handled.
India(In) on Thu. lodged the largest single-day spike of 66,999 instances & recorded 942 demises within the last 24 hours, as per the Ministry of Health & Family (4) Welfare.
