Shivpuri: The bodies of 3 minor ladies — aged between 10 to 12 yrs. — have been recovered from a pond in Shivpuri dist. of MP on Mon.
As per the police, the 3 tribal ladies from Hathigarh village under Satanwada PS (police station) went missing after they left house to collect blackberries on Sun. in the evening.
Acting on the info, the police initiated a search operation on Mon.. During this operation when police searched a pond in ground with the support of regional divers, they identified the bodies of the 3 minors.
Arvind Chhari, the in charge of the Satanwada PS (police station), stated that the ladies had gone out on Sun. in the evening to collect blackberries. 2 of the ladies have been siblings.
It’s suspected that they may have fell into the pond awhile repatriating house. The bodies were sent for postmortem.
