Charminar police arrests burglar, 31 Lakh recovered

Hyderabad(Hyd): The Charminar police on Fri. detained a perpetrator engaged in a theft complaint & recovered stolen property value INR 31.three lakh, from his own ownership.

As per In-charge DCP South zone, Gajarao Bhupal, the ofender Mohammed Nasir a native of Fathima Nagar in Vattepally in Falaknuma was engaged in multiple theft instances in Hyderabad(Hyd).

He was functioning a salesman for a textile shop in Charminar in Rikabgunj & addicted to bad vices. On Aug 4, midnight Nasir reportedly broke open the lock of a departmental store in Charminar region & sneaked in. He opened the money counter drawer, stole INR 35 lakh aside from gold & silver jewelry & fled with the booty.

In this connection the Charminar police have booked a complaint & with the support of CCTV footage from surveillance cameras, the offence tandem of Charminar police detained Nasir & recovered the stolen property.
