Comprehensive survey will put an end to all problems, CM KCR

Hyderabad(Hyd): The CM of the state K Chandrasekhar Rao today stated that the commission of a comprehensive land survey would alone put an end to all kinds of existing land related disputes in Telangana (TL).

He also stated that the land survey has been the only resolution to the 99 per cent of the land disputes. He made these remarks awhile taking part in a discussion on the proposed Telangana (TL) Rights in Land & Pattadar Passbooks bill 2024 within the state Assembly after presenting it within the home.

Talking on the occasion, CM KCR stated that the land policy succeeded by the erstwhile govts wasn’t practical & added further that the erstwhile rulers habituated to allocate land pattas without demonstrating them the land physical lands making a plenty of issues. He claimed that the erstwhile rulers had also created issues by not demonstrating boundaries to the land patta holders.

He stated that it’d becomes offender carelessness in case the rulers continued to ignore the issues. Blaming the erstwhile rulers for everyone kinds of issues being faced by this state, CM KCR stated that they have been trying to solve all this issues 1 by 1. He stated that all this errors & the defects within the existing revenue laws would be put to an end with the proposed revenue bill.
