COVID: Curfew likely to be imposed in Greater Hyderabad limits

Hyderabad(Hyd): Telangana (TL) govt is getting ready to re-impose lock-down in Greater Hyderabad(Hyd) Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limits. CM KCR convened a top-level gathering in Pragathi Bhavan on Sun. & taken stock of raising COVID-19 instances in Hyderabad(Hyd).

It has been ruled within the gathering that stringent steps are required to control the spread of COVID-19 in Hyderabad(Hyd) that contain compulsory imposition of lock-down.

CM instructed the authorities to propose steps about re-imposition of lock-down. An urgency gathering going to be named in 3 days to decide regarding the duration of lock-down & constraints to be enforced.

Dept. of health & experts have proposed to be enforce 15-day lock-down to curb the status in Greater Hyderabad(Hyd). As per the press note released by CM’s Workplace (CMO), final call about the lock-down going to be taken within the cabinet gathering.

Telangana (TL) is mulling to enforce full curfew & 2 hour relaxation is likely to be given to buy essentials. Air & railway solutions are likely to be shut.

As per sources chief minister expressed worry over the spread of infection in greater Hyderabad(Hyd). Experts have predicted that the nation going to watch a peak in COVID-19 instances during this mo of Jul.

Although, CM has inquired the citizens not be scared of COVID-19 because Govt has made all possible arrangements to give medical ability to the affected people. Health minister E Rajender informed that COVID-19 is fast spreading within the nation & instances are on the raise in Telangana (TL) as well.

Although, he stated that the fatality rate in Telangana (TL) is less compared to domestic average so citizens needn’t worry. Health minister reported there have been large number of berths available in govt & private hospitals to take (2) care of COVID-19 sufferers.

Greatly affected sufferers are being handled in the hospitals awhile those having mild signs are inquired to isolation themselves in their own houses.
