New Delhi(DL): The Enforcement Directorate stated on Thu. that it’s unearthed clandestine removal of goods value INR 700 crores of Bhushan Power & Steel Limited both before & throughout trials before NCLT with due involvement of MK Khandelwal, Solution Professional & a previous director of BPSL within the bank fake complaint.
The ED stated in tweets that it identified criminalizing documents throughout searches on building of Khandelwal that indicated massive money transactions.

ED stated in a tweet.
“During this search of the building of Khandelwal & Director of BPSL criminalizing documents indicating massive money transactions by MK Khandelwal, Solution Professional, digital reports, jewelry value INR.86 lakh have been captured,” it added further.
