The detained were detected as Sonu Kashyap, Kamal, Pawan, Sachin, & Vipul Sharma, they stated.
The 30-second video footage has been published by a passerby on social media(SM) tagging the Delhi(DL) Police.
Within the video footage, some of the bikers are witnessed standing on moving bikes awhile remaining do different stunts.
None of them has been wearing any helmet (or) protective gear however witnessed wearing masks.
Taking circular of it, Deputy Commissioner of Police (East) Jasmeet Singh, tweeted The bikers were detected. Legal action is being taken by this Shakurpur PS (police station).
By this in the evening, 5 people have been detained in connection with the incident for rash driving & under provisions of the Motor Vehicle Act, he stated.
