Global Covid-19 cases cross 30mn mark: Johns Hopkins

Washington(WA), September 18 : The total no. of global COVID-19 instances has crossed the 30 mln mark, awhile the demises have rised to over 944,000, as per the Johns Hopkins University.

As of Fri. in the morning, the overall no. of instances stood in 30,065,728 & the fatalities rose to 944,604, the University’s Centre for Systems Science & Engineering(engr.) (CSSE) disclosed in its latest update.

The US is the worst-hit nation with the globe’s largest no. of instances & demises in 6,674,070 & 197,615, respectively, as per the CSSE.

India(In) is presently within the 2nd place in terms of instances in 5,118,253, awhile the nation’s number of deaths soared to 83,198.
