“We’re satisfied to announce that consular sections in the US Embassy in New Delhi(DL) & our Consulates in Mumbai (Bombay), Chennai, Hyderabad(Hyd), & Kolkata going to start processing of student & academic exchange visitor visa applications on a limited basis on Aug 17,” according to the Embassy.
