Israel announces state of emergency in all hospitals

Tel Aviv, September 22 : The Israeli Health Ministry has announced a state of urgency in all hospitals after the previous abnormal raise in COVID-19-19 morbidity & overcrowding of the wards.

In a letter to hospital (3) chiefs sent on Mon., Hezi Levi, Director-Gen. of the Ministry, alerted that the Israeli health system is awaited to hit capability limit in weeks (or) even days, records Xinhua press agency.

In 10 days there going to be extra 200 to 300 COVID-19-19 sufferers in severe condition, involving ventilated ones, Levi observed.

On Mon., the amount of COVID-19-19 sufferers in severe condition in Israel approached a report 651, out of 1,348 sufferers presently hospitalized.

“As in urgency, I expect hospital (3) managements to take (2) part within the domestic attempt to cope with the awaited morbidity burden,” Levi wrote within the letter.

As of Tue., the total no. of COVID-19 instances in Israel has rised to over 191,000 with 1,273 demises.
