Thane: A 29-year-old person has been detained for reportedly killing his own spouse in Bhiwandi town of Maharashtra(MH)’s Thane dist. on Thu., police officer said.
The city police captured Ashok Pandav & lodged a complaint under segment 302 (killing) of the IPC, deputy commissioner of police Bhiwandi Rajkumar Shinde stated.
The incident occurred within the early hours of the day when the charged picked a dispute with his own spouse Kavita & assaulted her with a tough & blunt object, killing her on the location, the officer said.
The body of the sufferer was sent for a postmortem to a govt hospital (3) in Bhiwandi, he stated, adding that the complaint is being probed by Napoli police.
