Hyderabad(Hyd): Metropolitan offender courts on Mon. convicted a human for raping a 14-year minor lady. The charged Amghoth Seva aka Shiva aged regarding 22 yrs. & citizen of Khajabagh.
He raped a minor lady, for that he has been detained by this Saidabad police in 2019.
The complaint has been investigated by K.Sathaiah the afterwards Inspector of Police PS Saidabad & registered charge sheet.
On Jul 6, Ist AMSJ Suneetha Kunchala of Nampally court had identified the charged guilty of rape & under POCSO act upon that the charged has been convicted for 10 yrs. of rigorous imprisonment & enforced INR 10,000/- fine.
