New Delhi(DL): The Delhi(DL) Police has detained a 21-year-old person from south-east Delhi(DL)’s Govindpuri region for reportedly killing his own roommate whom he suspected of having a relationship with his own niece, authorities stated on Sun..
The charged was detected as Suman, a native of Tugalakabad village, they stated.
On Sep 17, after getting info that a person has been wounded in Kangar Mohalla in Tugalakabad village, the police dashed to the location & identified him senseless.
Blood has been oozing out from that person’s nose & mouth & he has been dashed to AIIMS hospital (3) where he has been announced took passed, a Sr. police official stated.
The demised has been thereafter detected as Kamlesh (20).
Within the autopsy record, the lacerated injuries has been disclosed as the cause of demise.
Thereafter, a killing complaint has been lodged in Govindpuri PS (police station), police officer said.
Throughout inquiry, the CCTV footage of the close by region has been analysed.
“CCTV footage disclosed that there has been contradiction within the version Suman had given as he has been witnessed accessing & leaving the home at the moment when the demised has been has been allegedly died.
“Thereafter, the charged confessed to killing Kamlesh with a pair of scissors awhile he has been sleeping in his own room,” Deputy Commissioner of Police (south-east) R P Meena stated.
On Fri., he has been detained & the scissor utilized in offence has been also recovered, the DCP stated.
On interrogation, Suman disclosed that Kamlesh has been functioning with him within the sewing cloth factory in Tugalkabad village.
Kamlesh had developed a relationship with Suman’s distant niece, who lives in Bihar(BR) & he habituated to talk to her, police officer said.
Suman alerted Kamlesh not to talk to her however Kamlesh continued doing so, they stated.
On Sep 17, Suman had an argument with Kamlesh within the noon on the same problem. About 7.30 prime minister, Suman had come to the room from factory & identified Kamlesh sleeping, Meena stated.
He died him with a pair of scissors awhile he has been asleep, police added further.
