New Delhi(DL): A 32-year-old person has been detained for reportedly raping a lady by alluring her on the pretext of granting her a job in south-east Delhi(DL)’s Shaheen Bagh region, police officer said on Sun..
On Fri., a lady, who resides in Ghaziabad & works in a factory, registered a case where she claimed that awhile searching for a new job, she joined a WhatsApp crowd — ‘Job for everyone’, a Sr. police official stated.
Awhile chatting within the crowd, the charged named her & informed her that he has been a member of the crowd & wanted to support her gain a new job. Thereafter, they initiated chatting with every different, the official stated.
On Wed., the charged again approached her, informing he’d provided a job for her & inquired her to come to Abul Fazal Enclave in Shaheen Bagh.
She informed him she’d not be able to approach there that day , however he demanded.
She finally accepted & inquired him to pick her up from Shastri Park metro station.
The charged taken her in his own home in Abul Fazal Enclave on his own bike, police officer said.
After approaching his own home, he offered her some of the eatables however she denied to eat them.
She stated she wasn’t feeling well following that the charged offered to give her a massage that she again denied, police officer said.
Thereafter, the charged captured both her hands & obliged himself on her. He thereafter dropped the sufferer in her home in Ghaziabad, police officer said.
“Throughout inquiry, the mobile no. of the charged has been identified to be switched off. The sufferer detected the home of the charged in Abul Fazal Enclave, following that he has been detained,” Deputy Commissioner of Police (south-east) R P Meena stated.
Sabri stated previously, he has been functioning in private businesses however during this lock-down, he lost his own job & joined the crowd to gain a job, the DCP stated.
Using the crowd, he had come into contact with the sufferer. On Wed., he named the sufferer & obliged himself on her, police added further.
