The charged, Sunny Dabas, is announced “bad role” of Prem Nagar PS (police station). He’s engaged in 26 instances, involving dacoity, robbery & trying to killing, they stated.
Dabas has been wounded within the encounter that occurred on Sun. night & his own condition is said to be stable, the authorities stated.
No police personnel has been wounded within the operation, they added further.
As per police, a native of Khera Khurd, Bhim Singh, has been shot in by assailants on May 29 awhile he has been repatriating from his own ground. Singh suspected involvement of 1 Manish as the 2 have been embroiled in a land dispute.
Manish has been detained & he called Dabas, a native of Mubarakpur village, as a co-accused, the police officer said.
“We got info that Sunny going to come to meet his own friends using Barwala Road. So, a trap has been laid there. About 12.50 am, when he had come on his own two-wheeler, he has been intercepted by our tandem however he didn’t block & attempted to escape,” Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outer North) Gaurav Sharma stated.
A constable managed to push the barricades towards his own two-wheeler, following that he lost balance & fallen. To flee, he fired in 2 police personnel however both of them didn’t sustain any wound, he stated.
The constable fired in Dabas in self-defence & he has been hit in his own lower limb, he added further.
The DCP stated Dabas attempted to reload his own gun to fire again however he has been overpowered & taken to MV Hospital (3) for medication.
Throughout interrogation, he revealed his own schedule to murder 2 extra attacks. 1 of them is a Qutub Garh citizen who thrashed his own cousin in May over some of the trivial problem & the different is a human from his own local place who quarrelled with him over gambling, he stated.
He’d a cope with Manish that in case he helps him in killing Singh, Manish would support him murder his own 2 attacks. From Manish has been detained, Dabas has been in search of a partner to execute his own schedules, he added further.
1 advanced pistol, 2 live cartridges, 1 country-made pistol with 5 live rounds, 2 empty cartridges & 1 two-wheeler have been recovered from that charged, the police officer said.
