Hyderabad(Hyd): Director of Maulana Azad Domestic Urdu University’s Instructional Media Center (IMC), Rizwan Ahmad, was nominated to becomes a member of the Paris-based Intl. Council for Movie, TV & Audiovisual Communication (ICFT).
The ICFT is a U.N Educational, Scientific & Cultural Company (UNESCO) affiliated body that fosters a high standard of audiovisual works. And also advises Intl. organisations along with nations on executing artistic, educational & industrial policies.
Ahmad thanked the ICFT Executive Bureau President & Ambassador Inoussa Ousseini for this chance. The IMC Director said, “This association going to expand IMC MANUU’s footprint world-wide, service UNESCO’s objective, & furthermore UN’s Maintainable Development (devt) Goals.”
He represented MANUU on various national & overseas platforms. He also helped spearhead IMC initiatives like the center’s YouTube Channel, the university’s knowledge show & the “Meet The Media Veterans Show” which were gaining prominence world-wide.
