Muzaffarnagar: A 16-year-old lady has been reportedly abducted & raped by a teenager in a village in WP’s Muzaffarnagar dist., police officer said on Sat..
The claimed incident occurred on Fri. within the village under Bhopa PS (police station) limits, they stated.
The lady repatriated to her house thereafter within the in the evening after that a complaint has been lodged under sections Indian Penal Code sections 363 (kidnapping), 364 (kidnapping (or) abduction in order to killing) & 376 (rape) & provisions of the Protection of Kids from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act, police officer said.
The charged is escaping, they stated.
As per the case registered by this lady’s family (4), the charged taken her to a close by place on his own bike & raped her.
