Mumbai (Bombay), September 23 : Actress & Congress politician Nagma has rised the query why the Narcotics Curb Bureau (NCB) hasn’t yet summoned Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut, who’s confessed to having taken drugs in the last.
Nagma also stated the NCB is trying to malign the image of top Bollywood actresses by spreading info of ongoing inquiry linked to them with the media.
“Why has the NCB not summoned Kangana Ranaut who’s confessed to have taken drugs . In case they can summon different actresses on basis of what’s application chat ?? Hypocrite & is this the work of NCB to leak out info to Press & malign the image of only female top actresses 56 inch,” Nagma tweeted from her verified account(a/c) on Wed. in the evening.
Nagma’s jibe in Kangana comes on a day when the NCB stated that it’s summoned Bollywood actresses Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor & Rakul Preet Singh for questioning in its ongoing probe on Bollywood’s claimed links with drug traders.
The NCB is exploring the drug angle in the context of the probe into the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput.
Just recently, a video footage featuring Kangana went viral on social media(SM), where the actress confesses that she had become a drug addict once. The video footage has been initially revealed by Kangana on her Instagram account(a/c) in Mar this yr. throughout Navaratri.
Within the video footage, Kangana could be heard informing: “Jaise hi main ghar se bhaagi, dedh-do saal me main ek movie star thi, ek drug addict thi. Meri zindagi mein itne saare kaand chal rahe the ki mein aise logo ke haathon mein lag chuki thi, jahaan itna sab danger ho chuka tha meri personal life mein (shortly after I ran far from my home, in about 1 & a half to 2 yrs. I had become a movie star & a drug addict. So much has been happening in my personal life, I fallen into the hands of such citizens, where all these dangerous things happened in my personal life).”
