Noida (UP): An occultist has been detained in Greater Noida on Wed. for reportedly raping a lady on the pretext of detecting services to her family (4) issues, police officer said.
The incident occurred on Mon. within the Rabupura PS (police station) region when the 20-year-old lady’s spouse taken her to the occultist, 35, authorities stated.
The couple met the charged in his own home in close by Faleda village from where he taken them to a farmland.
The occultist gave the couple some of the ash to eat after that he raped the lady awhile her spouse remained senseless, the authorities stated.
“There he gave us some of the ash to eat that apparently had something blended in it. I went senseless shortly after having the ash. When I regained sense, I saw my spouse cunning close by without clothes. She afterwards reported the whole ordeal to me,” the lady’s spouse claimed within the case.
The person stated he thereafter faced the charged, who threatened him of dire implications & inquired him to go far away.
An FIR has been lodged under Indian Penal Code sections 376 (rape) & 506 (offender intimidation) & the charged detained on Wed. near his own village, the police officer said.
