Public healthcare has completely collapsed: Uttam

Hyderabad(Hyd): Telangana (TL) Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President & Nalgonda MP Capt. N. Uttam Kumar Reddy claimed that the people health-care system in Telangana (TL) has completely collapsed & for the same reason, the state govt is not been able to curb the COVID-19-19 epidemic.

Uttam Kumar Reddy made the remarks after inaugurating a photo-exhibition on completion of Congress Legislature Party leader Bhatti Vikramarka’s 10-day state trip of govt hospitals. Calling the state’s people health-care  “pathetic”, he stated that there is a massive shortage of doctors, nurses & different para-medical staf & that all people hospitals treating COVID-19-19 sufferers within the state don’t have sufficient employees.

The TPCC chief, training his own guns on the TRS  govt, claimed that the latter is trying to “manage” the COVID-19-19 status in Telangana (TL) by tampering with the data. He stated the Telangana (TL) High Court has pointed out lapses within the people health-care system on several occasions during this epidemic. “Although, the state govt didn’t take (2) any steps to plug the loopholes. CM K. Chandrashekhar Rao didn’t even follow the suggestions made by Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan & handled those advises as political criticism,” Reddy added further.

Pointing out that the 1st complaint of COVID-19-19 has been lodged in Telangana (TL) in Mar, Uttam Kumar Reddy claimed that the state governnent didn’t enhance checking facilities. He stated that the Globe Health Organisation’s norm of ‘Track, Test & Handle’ wasn’t followed in Telangana (TL) that resulted in the spread of COVID-19 in almost all regions of the State. “It has been because of the negligent attitude of CM KCR Government that COVID-19-19 has spread to even small villages & hamlets,” he added further.
