Stranded whales in Australia to be euthanised

Rescuers have refloated 70 of the mammals, adding that there has been hope for the other 20.

The pilot whales, whose exact public numbers aren’t well-known & weren’t discussed endagered, washed up on sand spits about an region named Macquarie Heads.

The authorities are still trying to determine just how they had become stranded.
