Hyderabad(Hyd): A court sentenced a 25-year-old teenager to 3 yrs. rigorous imprisonment for misbehaving with minor lady.
He dedicated the offence in Yacharam in 2017. On Mon., the court sent him to jail for 3 yrs. in jail & enforced a fine of INR. 2000.
The convict who’s detected as D. Srikanth, citizen of Yacharam habituated to enforce a 15-year-old lady to marry him.
On 15th Jan, 2017, Srikanth went to sufferer’s home in an inebriated condition & verbally molested her mom. He also pulled the sufferer by holding her hand.
The sufferer’s mom had registered a case over the teenager. On the basis of the case, police had lodged complaint over Srikanth under appropriate sections of IPC & POCSO Act.
On Mon., IX ADJ Court in LB Nagar delivered the verdict.
