Raising tensions b/w the U.S. & China — made worse by the COVID-19 pandemic — is the start of a fresh Cold War, ex-top White Home trade negotiator Clete Willems stated Tuesday.
“The reality is which tensions between the u.s. & China are raising considerably in the moment,” Willems, a former deputy director from that National Economic Council, informed CNBC’s “Squawk Box Asia.”
