Muzaffarnagar: A 24-year-old lady has been reportedly strangulated to demise by her father in law & remaining over insists for dowry in Johra village here, a police officer said on Wed.
The incident occurred on Tue., they stated.
A complaint was lodged over the sufferer’s father in law Santram, brother-in-law Lokesh & his own spouse Jaiyanti in this context, a police officer said.
As per the police, the sufferer, Manisha, has been annoyed by her spouse’s family (4) members over dowry.
Measures are on to trace the charged who’re escaping, they added further.
