Requests the entire family regarding him. Kartik meets her & makes her emotional. The entire family leaves them alone for a talk.
Naira is pleased that he’s come at the right time before their own daughter’s arrival. She informs that she has been postponing the operation due to him.

He requests why didn’t she wake him up before going. He discloses the struggles he faced to approach her. She requests him not to scold her, from she’s already on pain. He apologizes to her.
He tries to relieve her from that pain. He hugs her. Dadi locates Naira in peace. She blesses them & desires them to be together. Suwarna knows that a spouse gets strength by her spouse’s presence. She misses Manish. Kartik sees the 2 cribs there.
He learns that Naira took a revealed room, from they didn’t gain any single room available. Kartik informs that they’ve to adjust a lot as of now. They meet the doctor, who had handled Naira before.

The doctor recalls Naira derogatory him & hurting him before throughout a surgery. He apologizes to her. He informs that he could’t support Naira. Dadi requests the reason for his own refusal. Naira confesses that doctor is informing right.
Doctor complains that Naira has been hitting him with anybody she got in her hand. He doesn’t need to support her with the delivery. Naira requests the doctor to leave & block demonstrating arrogance. Kartik pleads to the doctor to support Naira.
Dadi informs the doctor that Naira is not mature sufficient to curb her anger. She requests the doctor to not take Naira & baby’s personal life. She scolds him to make him do his own work.
Dadi informs Devyaani that Kartik & Naira aren’t mature sufficient to handle the status, even when they’re becoming parents for the 3rd time. Naira recalls the time when she lost her daughter. She requests Kartik regarding rised security.
Besides, Kartik takes Naksh’s support in fixing the security problems. He desires Naksh to double see everything. He doesn’t need anybody to steal the baby. The entire family doesn’t really know why is Kartik rising the security in the {hospital}.
They think its due to Krishna’s kidnapping. They aren’t aware that Kartik & Naira’s 1st child has been stolen from that {hospital}. Naksh & Akhilesh see the security. Krishna prays that Kartik & Naira gain blessed with a baby lady.
She awaits for the great information to come from their own side. Doctor requests Kartik to gain sanitized before accessing the OT. Kartik requests Naira to await till he comes back. Naira is equipped for the delivery. Kartik approaches late & faces her anger.
He gets tensed seeing the scissors kept there. He doesn’t need to faint down. He testifies Naira’s surgery. She knows that he won’t be able to watch everything. She permits him to leave. Kartik ensures that he’ll stay with her.
Doctor requests Kartik not to gain stressed, the scissors won’t be required in case its a regular b-day. Kartik faints down. Naira screams to gain him to senses. She requests the baby to come shortly. Kartik gets conscious & apologizes to her.
He doesn’t need anything to go unfair. He desires to welcome their own daughter within the globe. Doctor requests them to let him do the surgery, in case their own romance is finished. He reports them regarding the complications arising. Naira worries for the baby’s personal life, knowing the baby is falling short of oxygen. Finally, Kartik & Naira gain their own daughter in their own arms.
